Complete Real Estate Solutions (CRES) offers a full range of professional real estate services at discounted rates, allowing you more flexibility in pricing your home and maximizing your return at closing.

Our experienced Realtors provide competitive market evaluations and staging advice to ensure you understand your home’s true value before it hits the market. While a typical Realtor® may charge 3%, CRES will list your property for a discounted rate of 2%. For example, on a $250,000 home, our program saves you $2,500 at closing.

We also offer a special 1.5% listing rate for clients who choose to both sell their current home and purchase a new local property through our firm. To qualify for this rate:

– The client must sign an “Exclusive Buyer’s Agreement” with CRES for their next home purchase.

– The client must close on their new home within 90 days of the closing of their previous property.
